ラベル化したタンパク質は冷蔵で保存して下さい。
また、防腐剤として0.1%のアジ化ナトリウムを添加して下さい。

ビオチンラベル化剤は溶液で安定ですか？

キットに使用しておりますBiotin-(AC5)2 Slufo-OSuは水溶液中で
加水分解を起こしますので、水溶液での保存は出来ません。
用時調製を行なってご使用下さい。また、粉末状態でも吸湿による劣化にご注意下さい。
